	The CovaTech® has been a registered trade mark of Anna Maria Cova since 1999 and is managed by Studio Pilates Srl.

Anna Maria Cova started to spread the Pilates method in Italy in 1989, when very few people knew this technique.

Over the last 20 years she has enriched her knowledge of the Pilates method by integrating her own personal experiences, ranging from work as a rehabilitation physiotherapist to integration with other disciplines and teachers.

In 1996 Anna Maria Cova founded the CovaTech Pilates School for Pilates teachers training.

Through the School, the first of its kind in Italy, along with the intense activity of its press officer and the carrying out of specialty theses for several Italian Universities, Cova dedicated herself to the diffusion of the Pilates method in our country.

The Covatech Pilates School is always available for any confrontation with Pilates Teachers coming from all over the world by means of the Continuing Education.
